Prosoft Clinical and AMS Advanced Medical Services are pleased to announce that they have signed a definitive agreement to join forces and create a truly global, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO). The agreement brings together two highly respected organizations with complementary strengths, shared values, and a unified vision for the future of clinical development.
A Global Platform for Growth
Under the agreement, AMS, via its US subsidiary, will make a significant initial investment in Prosoft, with additional investments planned as the companies move toward full integration.
Prosoft will lead all North American Operations, delivering comprehensive clinical development services for the combined organization, while AMS will continue to expand its established presence across Europe and the UK.
By leveraging their combined capabilities in biostatistics, data management, clinical operations, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), and advanced technology, the unified company will provide seamless, end-to-end CRO services worldwide.

Together, AMS and Prosoft will advance digital innovation across clinical research. The partnership will integrate AMS’s systems with Prosoft’s proprietary EDC platform to deliver faster, smarter, and more efficient trial execution. The organizations will also continue expanding their use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)—implemented responsibly and with rigorous data protection—to further enhance efficiency, quality, and insights for sponsors.
